How enrollment works

Six steps. One clear destination.

Complete each stage in order. Bell’s admissions team will guide you when an item requires review.

Choose your class

Review the available CNA schedules and select the class that fits your availability.

Complete enrollment documents

Review the Catalog and School Performance Fact Sheet, then sign your enrollment documents.

Arrange tuition or agency funding

Pay in full, establish an approved payment plan or coordinate verified sponsored funding.

Complete admission and clinical clearance

Submit the identification, health and clearance documents required for your program.

05

Complete orientation

Finish the digital orientation and required readiness activities before class begins.

06

Receive Clear-to-Start

Bell completes an administrative review and confirms in writing when all start requirements are complete.

Pay in full or ask Admissions about available tuition arrangements. Final approval and terms are confirmed during enrollment.

Prepare for clearance.

  • Health examination and TB clearance
  • Background clearance requirements
  • Completed student orientation

Admissions will provide the correct forms and confirm which documents apply to your class. Do not complete outside services until Bell provides instructions.
